This is a coincard published by Postojna's cave, issued only 2000 coincards.

Postonja Cave Museum has issue a coin card, obviously this is not officially issued by the Central Bank but more like a souvenir from the cave - more details here

It's been officially confirmed last August by Slovene national bank that there will be no coincards this year. Of course, this little problem cannot avoid some serious Slovene collectors offering them already before issue.

Coincards 2013 issued in next years doesn't sound Slovenian-like. We have a relatively transparent policy of issuing coins.

yes it seems so!

or maybe they will issue it later on this year or in a few years' time like some other countries are doing

but so far there are no plans for it!
