Dutch Queen Beatrix will in April visit Dusseldorf. Observers think that this will be Beatrix last journey outside Holland as queen of the Netherlands. By 2013, perhaps earlier, she will pass her title . The title will be passed to Prince Willem Alexander . This means that the Netherlands will get a new design for standard coins.

Well, apparently there are no signs as of yet that Queen Beatrix is considering her abdication anytime soon. Looks like it's more rumors than a fact.
