resparvae

the queen's portrait is not mandatory on all the €2 Commemorative coins or only on the common €2 comm coins eg TOR ?

The World Wide Fund for Nature (also: World Wildlife Fund) in Dutch is called Wereld Natuur Fonds (WNF). The headquarters are in the Netherlands.

A portrait of the Queen (or King) is obligatory on all official Dutch coins except the 2 € commemorative coins.

I fully agree with you, even though I wrote it so directly...

Very "nice" coin. Find someone who would show me at least one of Dutch coins, without portrait of Queen? Poor Erasmus ....
