Finland Mint - €2 CC coins for sale including 2004 EU Enlargment

Few days ago, the mint of Finland, added to its online shop almost all the 2 euro commemorative coins issued by Finland in proof version. The most interesting thing is that the 2 euro coin that was issued in 2004 and commemorates the enlargement of the EU was also for sale. This coin in UNC has a market value of over €40 and the proof version over €100 so it amazed collectors that this coin was for sale on the mint website for its issue value. The coins were sold out in few minutes

The same website it is also saying that 25,000 proof coins were minted

the mint today said the following;

Dear Sir,
thank you for contacting us. Coins really are proof-quality. We didn’t
mint these coins again. The coins that were on sale came from our stock.
Mintage 25 000 is wrong information and I apologize for the mistake. We
are going to update the correct mintages as soon as possible.

I would be pleased to answer any questions concerning Mint of Finland and our products.

With best regards,

Customer Service

the mintage volume of 25K has now been removed from the mint's website - but there is no indication of the actual mintage volume

other opinion about it
....Latest info I got from some reliable sources is that the numbers of 25.000 are copy errors and only some coins left from making the proof sets and from returned proof sets were sold.
So there are no extra coins minted, only about 100 left coins were sold because the shop was operational for 1 year.
