Finland €2 200th Anniversary of Finland's Bank - Officially Confirmed

Today the European Commission confirmed that this year 2 euro commemorative coin from Finland will be dedicated to the 200th Anniversary of the Bank of Finland. It has also confirmed that the design will be adopted from the golden collectors coin which was issued last May and designed by Hannu Veijalainen. Finland will mint 1,500,000 copies of this coin.

Now we are awaiting for the European Commission to publish the adopted design.

It is on expected lines.

Date of issue is still not announced? So unlike Finland.

Looks cool. I personally like Finnish designs, they are usually somewhat simplistic, but aesthetic.
