Bulgaria against joining euro for now

Bulgarian finance minister Simeon Djankow has told FT Deutschland that although his country meets the criteria for joining the euro it does not want to join until it is clear how the final eurozone rules look. "We have decided to wait," said Djankow.

Bulgarian government made the wright.they wait.not like as Greeks when we heard about euro we (i mean the greek government and the stupid prime minister of that period and not greek people) cheat europeans and get inside eurozone.

Hmmm... 

In diplomacy, this means: We are not ready, we may not be ready for a long time, but now YOU are in need of us. The introduction of a new member in eurozone would be beneficial for the profile of the EURO, so if yoy BEG us to join, even though we are clearly not ready, we would consider...
