Black Spots on €2 Commemorative Coins

Some collectors of 2 euro commemorative coins are observing that after certain years of having these coins - black spots are emerging even though they are well stored - eg in capsule and low humidity envorinment. Anyone else having this problem and anyone one knows that cause and what could be done? I urge all collectors to check their coins and report in the newly created group for such issues  - here http://myeurohobby.eu/group/numismaticissues/forum/topics/black-spo...

AS I KNOW IT IS OWED TO THE METAL AND TO THE NON AIR OF THE COINS.COINS IN CAPSOULES MUST BE AT LEAST ONE TIME OPEN THE CAPSOULE TO INSERT INSIDE FRESH AIR.IT REFRESH THE METAL AND THAN YOU CAN AVOID THESE BLACK SPOTS AS IT IS POSSIBLE.

SORRY FOR NOT GOOD ENGLISH TO ALLOW ME TO EXPRESS MY KNOWLEDGE BETTER.

I don't have any black spots. Try toothpaste or liquid soap.
