You have just to send your request to enter in the Numismatic List with :
Adress, date of birth, telephone number (but they don't use) and email.

Email of UFN is : order.ufn@scv.va

You do it and they will accept your request, but to be a member you will have to wait an year or more.

You need to mail a letter to the office of the Vatican
If you send me your email I send you the address.
