2011 €2 Netherlands - Desiderius Erasmus Roterodamus

There is a rumor that the Netherlands next year will issue its first independent 2 euro commemorative coin. The coin would depict Desiderius Erasmus Roterodamus (October 28, 1466– July 12, 1536), sometimes
known as Desiderius Erasmus of Rotterdam. He was a Dutch Renaissance humanist and a Catholic priest and theologian. We will let you know as soon as this information is confirmed or rejected.

Does anyone know if a Belgian resident can get rolls from commemorative coins for face value in Dutch banks? Or is that only for residents of the Netherlands?
