13. Upon allocation, orders will be confirmed by email/post through an “order reference
number” which is to be used by clients when collecting their confirmed order

yes somehow the bank didnt give reference number

i dont know how they will manage the payments en mass - imagine having 10 people having same name and surname and same amount of payment - and 5 of them pay, how they are going to know who paid

so i think the best is if you can write a description near the payment then put your telephone number as you wrote it on the order form or the first lines of your address - i think that would make it less difficult for identification

Hi to all:

I have been allocated with 2 rolls.

I must wait for an ordernumber?

Anyone knows how to procedure from now on?

They put one IBAN account for payment.

But I am not sure if I must wait for a reference number or an order number to identify my bank transfer.

Anyone can help me?

Thanks in advance.
