€2 Estonia 2012 - 10 Years of Euro Banknotes and Coins

The Central Bank of Estonia, today confirmed that Estonia will issue its first 2 euro commemorative coin 10 Years of Euro Cash on the 2nd January and also confirms that 2 million coins were minted.

yes that is a little bit too much for Estonia- perhaps they are not planning a national 2 euro commemorative coin for 2012 so why 2 million :s

Sorry, I was wrong: it is MORE than one coin for each Estonian. :D Actually, it is almost 1.5 coin for one Estonian.

That is one coin for each Estonian. :) Slovakia also issued lot of 2009 €2 CCC (2.5 million), but this year it shall be just 1 million – just enough. I predict that Estonia will issue less comm. coins in subsequent years, probably max. 1 million.
