On the 26th November, Spain will issue the fifth and final set of coins in the series "Provincial Capitals of Spain". The coins all have the denomination of €5 and are minted in silver. This set will be dedicated to the following cities; Huelva, Salamanca, Toledo, Jaen, Segovia, Malaga, Soria, Sevilla, Valladolid and Zamora.

Romanian PM Victor Ponta said on Wednesday his country's previous target to adopt the euro in 2015 is "not cast in stone." His remarks comes after its central bank chief Mugur Isarescu said on Sunday the 2015 date is "out of the question."

Luxembourg next year will issue at least one €2 commemorative coin dated 2013. This coin will be dedicated to the Solemn Changing of Guards.
The Dutch mint in a general article about the 2 euro commemorative coins that will be out in 2013, very vaguely said "Which 2 euro coin the Netherlands will issue in 2013 is not yet known". This could be indicative that they are planning to issue a €2 commemorative coin next year.
