Bulgaria today announced that it is going to delay euro entry talks till the current euro crisis settles down. This will make it unlikely that Bulgaria joins before 2015.

Andorra will start to issue its own euro coins as of 1st July, 2013. At least 80% of these coins will be put in circulation.
