Belgium "100 Years of Royal Meteorological Institute" Winner Announced!

The Belgian mint has just announced the winning design that will be minted on the 2 euro commemorative coin that Belgium will issue towards September. 'Estonian €20 Banknotes' Found in Circulation

According to the website EuroBillTracker, the Estonian 20 euro banknotes just started to appear in circulation in France. Estonian euro banknotes have their serial code starting with the letter D.
