€2 CC 200 Years of Finnish Autonomy

The second €2 commemorative coin from Finland for the year 2009 will be out next month (October)

1,600,000 coins will be minted and these coins will also be available in a folder together with the EMU coin

Cyprus 2009 BU Set

The Cypriot BU set with 2009 coins will be out this October - the mintage quantity is expected to be 15,000 and the BU folder will also contain the €2 EMU coin

€2 CC Luxembourg 2010

Next year Luxembourg will release a €2 commemorative coin - the topic will be Coat of Arms of the Grand Duchy. The coin is expected to be out at around March. Although no images of the coins have been released so far - the blog Mikoyan posted a nice image of what the coin might look like!

€2 CC 200 Years of Finnish Autonomy

The Finnish Ministry of Finance has decided to issue a commemorative two-euro coin in celebration of the year 1809, in honour of the 200th anniversary of Finnish autonomy and the founding of Central Governmental Institutions in Finland.

Spain 2010 - New Standard Coins

In 2010, Spain will revise the design of its national sides in order to comply with the common guidelines recommended by the European Commission, as endorsed by the Council conclusions of 10 February 2009. Spain 2010 - €2CC Cordoba's Historic Centre



The coin commemorates the first Spanish site – the historical centre of Cordoba – to be included in the UNESCO World Heritage list in 1984.
