This year looks like it is going to be expensive for those that collect 2 euro commemorative coins and have little budget
Malta and Portugal will have low mintage volumes - so the Portuguese coin will be similar in price to Luxembourg 2011 and the Maltese one presumably more expensive
Looks that Monaco will also mint a 2 euro…
