Yes Jose. He is Johny you mean. He was talking with me about a swap. To say the truth we agreed the swap. He contacted me first and he told me that I musted send first. I response that "who contact first, he must send first". I think he don't liked this and wrote for me that I am a bad men. I think like you,  that person is something annoying with useless proposals (proposals not reasonable). Also I think he is a cheater.
