Partnership with Sellers is for sellers that would like to partnership with the euroHOBBY website. In simple terms the euroHOBBY website would serve as a medium for the seller to reach as many collectors as possible, thus, boosting their sales. This service is intended only for items that there is a huge demand for them, mainly new issues of €2 commemorative coins and new series of standard coins. In some exceptions we can accept other items. It is important that the seller keeps the prices as low as possible and be able to offer the items in large quantities as most of the replies will be from buyers that would like to buy these items to re-sell them.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

When a new item is due to be released, a personnel from the euroHOBBY will contact all the members of the HELP-U-SELL group to check if they have any interest in selling the particular item. Thus why is it important to be members of this group. If the demand by the members is not sufficient or the price offered is too high we contact other members to check if they want to sell.

This service is intended mainly for new issues of €2 commemorative coins - so sellers would be asked to quote how much they would ask for one roll of €2 coins and the postage for one roll. We ask this question in case there are more than one seller interested, the seller that offers the best price would win the right to sell.

Once we select the seller and if the seller is new we perform a verification through various ways. If we had previous experience with the seller we skip the verification step.

Few weeks before the item is released we create a page with the sales - click here for an example - we also create a banner showing the sales - click here for an example - and will put the banner linking to the selling page on our Shop page. We will give you an email address and password where all the request for the item/s will be received.

Once your item is on our Shop page it will be seen by thousands of collectors thus make it very likely that if you offer good prices you will have lot of sales. We will also send the selling page to all the members via email. The sales will also be sent with each news broadcast we send to the members. This make your sales continuously visible to lot of collectors.

It is very important that before you have the item/s in stock not to accept payments but to take orders only. It would be against our policy if you accept payments before the item is out. We will also inform the buyers not to pay before the item is out by writing this on the page. When the item is out we ask you to send us a picture of the item - this serves two-folds. 1) to have a picture for our website to use it in articles. 2) As a verification that you have the items. Once you do this we will inform the members that you have the items and can start to take payments.

Trading is done completely between the seller and the buyer

HOW MUCH THIS SERVICE COSTS?

For this service we ask for a commission of 3% on the price that you sell the item but excluding the postage price . So if you sell an item for eg €100 and €9 postage we take 3% commission only on the price of the item (€100) therefore in this case a commission of €3. If you don't sell anything then you don't pay anything

When the seller sells rolls of €2 commemorative coins besides the 3% commission we also ask the seller to send 2 coins of the same €2 commemorative coin in UNC condition. We only ask for this if the seller sells at least 2 rolls or 50 coins (or a mixture of both).

Payment has to be transferred to our PayPal or Bank Account only after all the items are concluded and there is no longer response for the items. The 2 coins should be sent when you sell the 2nd roll.

GUIDELINES FOR SUCCESSFUL SELLING

This service is opened mainly for new issues of €2 commemorative coins or new series of standard coins or any other item that there is high demand for it eg. special BU folders or proof coins, 2 euro commemorative coins in coin cards or envelopes ....

For successful selling we suggest you to keep the prices as low as possible. In case of 2 euro commemorative coins when a roll from the bank is sold only at €50 we suggest you to sell each roll for €57 or less and each coin for €2.80 or less. The lower the price the more demand you will have. Selling above these prices make it less likely that you will have success selling your item/s.

RULES THAT HAVE TO BE FOLLOWED BY ALL THE SELLERS

Once you are selling you have to show commitment and professionalism. It is important not to take payments before you have the item in stock.

Do not delete any of the emails received and sent. Also keep a record of all the sales that you are doing so when we ask you for the list you can easily provide it. We will also check if the sales you say you made are true.

Never change the password of the email we provide you

Do not accept swap proposals

You can accept to sell other items besides those listed if the buyers wants so but then you have to list it on the list of items you sold and thus also paying commission on it

The partnership ends when the buyers stop requesting the item or if you sell all the items that you have - whichever comes first.
