The mintage hasn't been published yet. But I'm sure no coins for circulation were struck, just some for collectors sets.

But I finde one in lithuania.. so it should be in circulation?

Maybe some circulation coins were issued. Also in 2015 Malta government said they issued no circulation coins but at least 2 Cent, 5 Cent and 2€ were produced for circulation - some friends found them multiple times.

As far as I know now Malta minted 1 Cent, 50 Cent & 1€ coins for circulation. Maltas Central Bank hasn't published the number of coins minted yet. Also a few of the commemorative 2€ coins werge given in circulation.
